    Who We Are

    We are a collective of Black male Social Workers and men of color committed to advancing our clinical skills, expanding our networks, and supporting one another through the unique challenges and triumphs of our profession. The forum is open to licensed Social Workers, at all stages of their careers who identify as African American men or men of color.

    What We Offer

    - Peer Clinical Supervision: Engage in collaborative case discussions and receive constructive feedback from colleagues who understand the nuances of your lived experiences.

    - Support: Share successes and challenges in a confidential, affirming environment where your voice is heard and valued.

    - Resource Sharing: Exchange tools, techniques, and information relevant to your practice and ongoing professional development.

    - Cross-Referral: Build trusted connections for referring clients, ensuring they receive care from therapists who share or understand their cultural backgrounds here

    Our group meets monthly, offering both in-person and virtual options to ensure accessibility and flexibility for all members. Each gathering is designed to foster authentic dialogue, mutual learning, and a sense of community grounded in shared experiences.
